Abstract (English):
The paper discusses the practice of introducing the institution of administrative prejudice in the Criminal Code of Russia, special attention is paid to Article 158.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation «Fine theft committed by a person subject to administrative punishment». The essential aspects necessary for the qualification of this type of crime are highlighted.
